I bought a new subscription for six months. Then I tried to use it and all you wanted is a new subscription

You can respond in an appropriate time. You could have an agent that could help by talking to them on the telephone.

All you wanted to do is get a new subscription, even though I had just paid hours before for a six months subscription. No way to talk to somebody to help clear it up. I still not have heard from you except try this. It did not work.

I called Paypal to cancel the payment. It was from the day before, and they will take care of it.

You really need to have a phone number that a person can talk to a real person. Your phone number is deleted that was available.

Your telephone number has been canceled. I bought a subscription. When I started using it, you kept asking for a subscription which I already paid for. I tried to contact you for information but only received a computer response.

Very poor.

Ive asked for a refund since it was only one or two days since I bought six months of Babel, I will go to another company that will respond to the needs of its people. Charles Swanson.

I signed up and paid for a lifetime subscription. I have not used it for a year. And the company does not recognize my subscription although I have receipts. They have not returned my call.

The company appears to suck. I was charged twice for my subscription.

I tried to get a hold of the company to get one of the charges taken off. I use the chat and never got a reply. I will keep working on this possibly resorting to legal action if I dont get some sort of way to talk to someone at the company and get a resolution of this. it says I have to write at least 100 symbols.

Im not sure why as Ive been succinct in the message as to whats going on.

My phone number is 269-352-****. Please call me I carry my phone most all the time.

Babbel is a joke

I paid, now I want to cancel.

I hate the fact that I can't speak to a freaking person.

I need you to call me right now. I need to fix this problem immediately. Call my number now 412-215-****, or I will never, ever, ever, ever, ever use Babbel again. I will use another site.

Charge for canceled subscription

I purchased a Babbel sub.in 2023 and cancelled in 2024.. but somehow I have been charged today.Oct 2025.It is impossible to find a real customer service,help chat is hopeless.

The POTENTIAL customer service is non existent.Attempying to a speak to a service rep is impossible. Be handed from computer to computer is not my idea od customer service. Real people real service.

I wanted to BUY the service from Babbel, however because of not being able to speak to a live person who could answer my question, they lost a customer. They could do a lot better if they hired live people to assist first time buyers. Whatever a uccess B a bbel is having their success rate would improve with live personnel

Need help accessing lifetime account

Had the problem described below.

However Babbel has emailed me and we have resolved the issue.

I did have to search my invoices for

proof of payment over one year ago to get my account back open.

Original issue:

I have been trying to access my lifetime account for the last 45 minutes. I tried calling and no ringing happens.

I received the access code and still nothing happens. Tried to call directly cannot get a ringtone.

All I want is to reset my password and use my account which I have not used in over a year. My name is Kathy R.
