Trying to cancel my subscription

I just dont use Babbel anymore and want to cancel my subscription. Cant get anyone to answer phone and no reply to my emails!! About 2 years ago when I first ordered subscription then someone answered phone immediately, wish I still had that number I called, but now when I want to cancel I cannot get in touch with anyone!!!

User's recommendation: Ask for a phone number where you can cancel if you choose to!!

Today I change my cell phone for a new one, and I tried to log in the app that was impossible dream I never was successful trying to log in like 100 times and I tried to reset my password. Nothing works. And I try to talk with a customer service, but it's another failure and since I got the app I figured out the babble really sucks if you really want to learn another language go to YouTube have better stuff than 100% not only that beside that is free

Problem with my account

I ordered babble through PayPal I have the receipt. And yet you have confuse my email somehow with my sisters email and given her my app. I have emailed previously and I dont seem to get any solution. I either want this corrected so that I can use Babbel or I want it canceled and I want a refund of my money.
