The customer service is awful. You cannot talk to a human being.

Your telephone number has been canceled. I bought a subscription. When I started using it, you kept asking for a subscription which I already paid for. I tried to contact you for information but only received a computer response.

Very poor.

Ive asked for a refund since it was only one or two days since I bought six months of Babel, I will go to another company that will respond to the needs of its people. Charles Swanson.

I signed up and paid for a lifetime subscription. I have not used it for a year. And the company does not recognize my subscription although I have receipts. They have not returned my call.

I started at the beginning and got all the way up to intermediate advanced and they sent me back to the beginning I feel as through I wasted my money I want to speak Spanish fluent but Babbel is not helping me You cant talk to a live person everything is automated

I enjoyed the Babble product, (its language program), but have been quite surprised by the company's lack of customer service. I thought I would receive an email asking me to sign up again at the end of my contract, but unbeknownst to me, it automatically renews - charging & leaving the customer to sort out HOW to cancel. Additionally, it took a LOT of work to FIND a phone number & it's open a surprisingly short amount of hours. Hopefully, I will actually be able to reach a real person this coming week, so ask me in a few days to see if they really have customer service or if it's just another dead end, like their "chat" option. Thanks!
